A silent retreat and meditation centre in the Irish countryside is seeking a Social Media Manager to translate its calm, restorative atmosphere into a clear and consistent online presence. You'll lead social strategy and daily execution across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, collaborating with the on-site team to use their photo and video content effectively to build awareness and drive bookings.

What You'll Be Doing:
As our Social Media Manager, you will lead both the strategy and the day-to-day execution across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You'll work closely with our on-site team, who capture photos and footage, and you'll turn that raw content into cohesive storytelling that reflects the energy of the sanctuary.
- Develop a clear social media strategy aligned with company's goals, values and audience
- Build intentional monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Plan campaigns and content themes that support brand awareness, community growth and booking conversions
- Turn raw footage and photos from the on-site team into engaging short-form videos
- Create and manage content for personal brand to amplify his teachings and guide new audiences
- Edit and publish short-form videos featuring teachings, insights, and reflections
- Write calm, authentic and consistent copy that reflects the sanctuary's tone
- Ensure all content remains cohesive, aesthetically aligned and purpose-driven
- Manage platform comments and messages, responding with clarity and warmth
- Flag booking or operations inquiries to the appropriate team member
- Engage with aligned communities, groups and potential partners to naturally expand visibility
- Set up and manage basic paid campaigns on Meta and/or TikTok to support awareness and bookings
- Explore opportunities for growth through thoughtful collaborations or partnerships
- Provide regular updates on content performance and audience insights
What You'll Bring:
- A strong background in social media management and content creation , ideally with retreats, yoga centres, spiritual teachers or wellness brands
- A proven ability to turn social platforms into meaningful pathways that drive bookings, sales or engaged leads
- Hands-on experience running effective Meta ad campaigns and a good understanding of how to use them intentionally rather than aggressively
- A deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, their rhythms, trends, tools and best practices, and the intuition to use them in a way that still feels grounded and authentic
- Solid content editing skills (video + photo) using tools like CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar, with an eye for calming, cohesive aesthetics
- The ability to work independently, stay organised and manage your time with ease, while keeping communication clear and reliable
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, with a natural feel for tone and emotional nuance
