Your Role:

As a Social Media Manager/ Admin / Digital Marketer, you will :
  • Manage social media accounts for Digital Horizonu0027s clients in the construction industry.
  • As well as performing administrative tasks.
  • Day-to-Day Tasks Social Media Management -
  • Organize and schedule content from videographers and editors
  • Create captions and schedule posts
  • Monitor and grow social media accounts
  • Administrative Duties - Handle client inquiries, invoicing, and follow-ups
  • Manage email inbox and calendar bookings
  • Client Communication - Coordinate content capture days with clients
  • Follow up on bookings and payments Support Directors
  • Assist with delegated tasks from directors

What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • Proficiency with platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Content Management: Strong organizational skills for managing and scheduling content.
  • Administrative Skills: Experience with invoicing, email, and calendar tools excellent communication.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing and office software.
  • Remote Work Capability: Ability to work independently, with strong time management.
