Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (videos, photos, articles) that highlights manufacturing processes and products.
Platform Management: Manage company profiles, focusing heavily on LinkedIn for B2B engagement and Facebook for broader reach in the Philippines.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic) to report ROI and insights to management.
Community Management: Monitor comments and messages, responding to inquiries promptly.
Industry Trends: Stay updated with social media trends and tools to keep content relevant and innovative.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in social media management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sectors.
Skills: Strong copywriting, graphic design (Canva/Photoshop), and basic video editing skills.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and LinkedIn Analytics.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
