We are seeking a highly credible and deeply embedded professional within the Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) ecosystem to lead community development, social engagement, and market insight gathering for an emerging music-technology platform.
This role is not focused on music creation. Instead, we are looking for someone who understands the digital audio landscape and has proven experience building social presence, audience engagement, and community trust within this space.
The ideal candidate is already an active participant in Logic Pro, Ableton Live, and Suno Studio communities, with established relationships and a strong understanding of how modern musicians discover tools, exchange feedback, and adopt new technology.
You will be responsible for launching and stewarding an owned community while serving as a real-time signal source for creator sentiment, competitive dynamics, and product perception across the DAW landscape.

Core Responsibilities
Community Building & Leadership
- Design, launch, and manage a creator-first community centered on DAW-based workflows and music technology discussions.
- Establish engagement formats such as feedback sessions, creator forums, AMAs, beta groups, and educational conversations.
- Act as a visible and trusted presence within Logic, Ableton, and Suno Studio ecosystems.
- Identify and nurture relationships with power users, educators, influencers, and early adopters.
- Ensure the community remains authentic, musician-first, and trust-driven.
Social Media Strategy & Audience Growth
- Build and manage social media channels tailored to the digital audio/music-tech audience.
- Develop strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and adoptionnot content centered on music releases.
- Translate technical product value into compelling narratives for producers and creators.
- Grow and manage niche audiences across platforms such as Discord, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and other DAW-focused communities.
- Position the brand as a credible participant in music-tech conversations.
Competitive Intelligence & Creator Feedback
- Monitor competing tools, workflows, and emerging trends across DAWs, plugins, and AI-music technologies.
- Collect qualitative insights from creators actively using competitive products.
- Track recurring pain points, feature gaps, and workflow friction.
- Translate community sentiment into clear, actionable insights for internal teams.
Reporting, Analytics & Signal Monitoring
- Deliver weekly reports to the Head of Marketing summarizing:
- Community growth and engagement trends
- Sentiment analysis (positive, neutral, negative)
- Feature requests, complaints, and adoption signals
- Platform-specific insights (Logic vs. Ableton vs. Suno Studio)
- Track behavioral analytics and engagement metrics.
- Flag critical issues in real time, including:
- Workflow blockers or confusion
- Misinformation or reputational risks
- Competitive narratives gaining traction
- Surface positive signals such as creator advocacy and standout use cases.
Insight Translation & Internal Collaboration
- Provide strategic recommendations, not just observations.
- Help prioritize feedback by urgency, frequency, and impact.
- Maintain a living feedback log from discovery through resolution.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product stakeholders during Pacific Time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated involvement in Logic Pro, Ableton Live, and Suno Studio communities.
- Existing presence in DAW forums, Discord groups, creator networks, or educator circles.
- Strong understanding of real-world production workflows (MIDI, audio, plugins, live vs. studio usage).
- Proven experience managing or growing social media or online communities within the digital music/audio space.
- Ability to communicate credibly with musicians, producers, and music technologists.
- Experience building, managing, or stewarding online communities (formal or informal).
Preferred Background
- Experience working with music-tech companies, SaaS tools, plugins, or DAW-related platforms.
- Background in digital marketing, community growth, or creator ecosystems.
- Familiarity with early-stage products, beta programs, or creator-led growth strategies.
- Understanding of AI-assisted music tools and emerging creative technologies.
