Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and lead the overall social media strategy for BingoPlus, aligned with business and

branding objectives.

  • Define platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other

relevant channels, ensuring clear positioning and differentiated content approaches.

  • Establish a cohesive cross-platform ecosystem, ensuring synergy and coordinated storytelling

across channels.

Content & Channel Management

  • Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of engaging, high-quality content across all

social media platforms.

  • Work closely with creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand

tone, campaign objectives, and audience preferences.

  • Identify trending topics, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously

optimize content performance.

  • Ensure brand voice consistency while adapting messaging to fit different platform cultures and

user behaviors.

Growth & Performance Optimization

  • Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for each platform (e.g., engagement, reach,

follower growth, conversion-related metrics where applicable).

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing data-driven insights and

actionable recommendations.

  • Continuously test and iterate content formats, posting strategies, and community engagement

approaches to improve results.

Brand Building & Audience Engagement

  • Systematically build and strengthen BingoPlus's brand positioning in the minds of target users

through consistent and compelling social presence.

  • Develop strategies to enhance audience engagement, loyalty, and community building.
  • Manage and guide social media tone, crisis response (if applicable), and public interactions to

protect and enhance brand reputation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, fintech, or digital products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content analytics tools and social listening platforms.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-cultural, or international environments.
  • Experience managing a small team or working closely with external agencies/creators.
