JOB TITLE: Social Media & Email Marketing Manager (Part-Time)

RATE: Php 208.33 per hour

Work Type:

  • Remote/WFH
  • Part Time around 10 - 20 hours per week, depending on client's needs

We partner with schools and districts across the U.S. to provide leadership coaching and professional development that produces measurable results.

We're growing quickly and looking for a reliable social media and email marketing manager who can execute independently so our team can focus on program delivery and client engagement.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to manage our social media presence and email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is experienced in scheduling, design, and technical executioncomfortable managing systems with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

independently when it comes to email deliverability, such as DKIM authentication, warm-up, etc.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Design and schedule 3 posts per week (Mon/Wed/Fri) across all platforms.
  • Create branded visuals using Canva or Metricool, following ELS's colors and font style.
  • Use the same post across all three platforms unless directed otherwise.
  • Track and report engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, clicks).
  • Notify the CEO of inbound messages or high-engagement opportunities.

Email Marketing (GMASS, Kartra, Flodesk)

  • Schedule daily emails (5 per week; may increase to 2 per day during busy periods).
  • Manage GMASS campaigns for cold outreach and Kartra for warm audiences.
  • Segment contacts, apply tags, and build email sequences within Kartra.
  • Maintain DKIM authentication and troubleshoot deliverability issues.
  • Record open rates, clicks, and responses in provided spreadsheets.

Tools & Access

  • Canva / Metricool
  • LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Business Pages
  • GMASS and Kartra accounts
  • ELS brand kit and templates

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple social platforms.
  • Familiarity with GMASS and Kartra (Flodesk experience is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of DKIM authentication and email deliverability.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
  • Dependable, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Work Process

  • Copy provided weekly by ELS.
  • The manager creates graphics, schedules content, and submits for quick review.
  • Weekly progress reports on engagement metrics.
  • Communication via email (primary) and WhatsApp (urgent).

Additional Details

  • Trial period: week-to-week basis.
