We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage day-to-day social media activities and support the creation and publication of engaging, accurate, and on-brand content across approved platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience coordinating social media campaigns, and the ability to translate technical or complex information into clear and compelling content for diverse audiences.

This role is responsible for scheduling and publishing content, coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining an active online presence, monitoring engagement, and supporting brand visibility across social media channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening customer communication and enhancing the organization's digital presence.

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management, content coordination, or digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience creating content for both B2B and B2C audiences is an advantage
