Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in paid social advertising, digital media, digital marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing, monitoring, optimizing, or reporting on paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar advertising platforms
- Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and advertising performance metrics
- Experience preparing campaign reports, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and campaign management
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting campaign performance, discussing results, and supporting client-facing communications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- High attention to detail when managing campaign data, reports, budgets, and performance metrics
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to evolving digital advertising platforms, technologies, and industry trends
- Demonstrated interest in digital advertising through professional experience, internships, certifications, or personal projects
- Willing to work night shifts and collaborate with international clients across multiple time zones
Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign data across paid social and digital advertising platforms to support performance reporting and strategic recommendations
- Prepare and deliver accurate campaign reports, highlighting insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization
- Act as a primary contact for client communications, providing day-to-day campaign support and responding to inquiries
- Support campaign performance improvement initiatives to help achieve client goals, KPIs, and advertising objectives
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Test and evaluate internal tools and platforms, providing feedback to support continuous improvement and operational effectiveness
- Participate in training, team collaboration, and performance alignment activities to strengthen campaign execution and professional development
