Social Media Content Creator

We're looking for a results-driven Instagram Manager to own and grow our Instagram presence.

This is not a posting-only role.

This is about content, consistency, engagement, and performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Content Creation & Publishing

1. Create Instagram posts (carousels, reels, stories)
2. Turn ideas, videos, and raw content into scroll-stopping posts
3. Write strong captions with hooks, CTAs, and brand voice
4. Schedule content consistently using a content calendar

Instagram Management

1. Manage daily posting and story activity
2. Organize and maintain a clean content calendar
3. Repurpose long-form content into reels and carousels

Engagement & Community

1. Reply to comments and DMs
2. Engage with relevant accounts in the niche
3. Help build real community, not fake vanity metrics

Growth & Performance

1. Track performance (reach, saves, shares, profile visits)
2. Improve engagement rate over time
3. Suggest content ideas based on what's working
4. Spot trends and apply them fast

You're a Good Fit If You:

1. Understand Instagram beyond just posting
2. Know how hooks, visuals, and pacing affect performance
3. Have experience growing or managing Instagram accounts
4. Are organized, consistent, and proactive
5. Can work independently without being micromanaged
6. Care about results, not just aesthetics

Bonus points if you:

1. Know Reels editing basics
2. Understand analytics and engagement ratios
3. Have worked with brands, creators, or e-commerce pages

Tools You'll Likely Use

1. Instagram / Meta tools
2. Scheduling tools (Later, Metricool, etc.)
3. Google Drive / Notion
4. Basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
