Role Overview
The Social Media & Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging short-form content and managing Loras social media presence. This role focuses on creating TikTok and Reels content, coordinating user-generated content (UGC) creators, editing short videos, and supporting marketing campaigns with fresh creative materials. The role plays a key part in feeding the marketing engine by ensuring a constant stream of authentic and engaging content that supports advertising performance while building a strong community of pet owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Create TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short form video content regularly.
Appear on camera when necessary to demonstrate products or share brand stories.
Edit short videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar editing platforms.
Schedule and publish social media posts across TikTok, Instagram & Facebook
Manage and coordinate User Generated Content (UGC) creators and pet influencers.
Conduct outreach to influencers and creators for potential collaborations.
Engage with the online community by replying to comments and messages.
Support marketing campaigns by producing fresh creatives for ads.
Assist with live selling setups and promotional content when required.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong social media content portfolios are encouraged to apply.
Requirement:
Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking naturally.
Basic video editing skills for short form content.
Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media trends.
Good communication and coordination skills with creators and influencers.
Organized in scheduling content and managing posting calendars.
Passion for pets, storytelling, and building online communities.
Preferred Experience:
Experience managing TikTok, Instagram, or other social media platforms.
Experience creating short-form video content is highly preferred.
Experience working with influencers or UGC creators is an advantage.
Experience in pet brands, lifestyle brands, or consumer brands is a plus
