Job Description

Position Summary:

Designing, creating, and delivering social engagement programs through various marketing channels to support expansion and growth of the company brand and solutions, providing oversight to the assigned company/brand social media channels and content (both paid/sponsored and organic) with the objective of creating brand awareness, building loyal communities/following, and influencing revenue.

Essential Job Functions What You'll Do:

  • Collaborates with internal teams and cross-brand marketing leaders to conceptualize and oversee the creation of digital strategies and assets with a focus on social media and overall social engagement footprint
  • Develops and implement strategies and tactical plans to engage with external B2B communities and influencer audiences.
  • Participates in creating, building and executing a global social media strategy.
  • Creates and manages Paid and Organic Strategies and roadmap across all owned social channels.
  • Works with outside vendors to support social media and 3rd party platform needs.
  • Creates and implement social media advertising campaigns.
  • Owns social media employee program, including communications and methodologies for increasing employee engagement
  • Works with internal teams and vendors to support the production of content including blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, and videos.
  • Works cross department to source appropriate materials for social media owned media.
  • Curates and disseminate relevant industry information for distribution across branded social media platforms and employee social programs.
  • Builds social listening program to track industry segments, clients, and competitors and compile information to share with the marketing team and to influence marketing programs where appropriate.
  • Leverages a range of engagement types including posts, surveys, video, online events, live social opportunities, podcast hosting, etc.
  • Builds, maintains, and provides social media reporting and insights material. Strategize and maintain a social editorial calendar.
  • Provides optimization recommendations for targeting, creative and budgets

Essential Qualifications What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Marketing, Advertising or a related field
  • 5-7 years Social marketing experience in either an agency working with B2B clients or in a corporate B2B environment including social media management
  • Leadership experience with demonstrated success.
  • Experience working with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Oktopost, Sprinklr, or comparable platform
  • Experience with social media management via channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok and SlideShare
  • Works with a range of audiences, building communities, and influencer marketing
  • Strong analytics background; comfortable leveraging data to make recommendations and decisions
  • Meticulous attention to detail to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules and monitor performance according to deadlines and priorities.
  • Ability and desire to take on any challenge and work cross-functionally with a global team.
  • Ability to think creatively and has the initiative to present new ideas.
  • Proficient in managing PAID campaign experiences via search, display, social preferred
  • Familiar with implementation of on-page SEO strategies
  • Experience managing a WordPress website
  • Familiar with Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Console, Adwords, and Tag Manager platforms.
  • Ability to work toward goals, meet deadlines, and contribute positively to the team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both a verbal and written manner.
