Social Media Brand Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with at least two (2) years of experience to handle end-to-end social media execution across multiple brands under GoRocky. This role requires strong brand management, clean and persuasive copywriting, reliable scheduling and posting discipline, and sharp content instincts.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Brand Management

  • Manage social media presence across all assigned brands, ensuring each brand maintains a distinct and consistent identity
  • Translate brand priorities into platform-ready content that supports awareness, credibility, and engagement
  • Maintain tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all posts and campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align content with business goals and upcoming initiatives

Copywriting & Messaging

  • Write and refine captions, scripts, and post copy with clear structure, purpose, and defined call-to-action
  • Ensure copy is concise, audience-appropriate, and aligned with each brand's voice
  • Proofread thoroughly and confidently spot copywriting mistakes (grammar, clarity, flow, tone, claims, and formatting)
  • Adapt messaging for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) while keeping intent consistent

Posting & Scheduling Management

  • Own the posting workflow across brands, ensuring content is published on time and deadlines are consistently met
  • Maintain and manage publishing schedules, including scheduling tools and posting calendars
  • Work efficiently under pressure and handle urgent pivots or last-minute adjustments when needed
  • Stay flexible and adaptive to real-time performance insights, brand needs, and trend opportunities

Content Management & Performance Awareness

  • Plan and manage content that is timely, trend-aware, and aligned with target markets
  • Ensure content resonates with each audience segment and supports engagement and brand trust
  • Maintain awareness of brand compliance standards and creative rulebook requirements
  • Flag risky content early and adjust messaging/visuals to ensure brand safety and platform compatibility

Graphic Design / Creative Direction (Plus)

  • Identify strong creative pegs, references, and inspiration that match each brand's aesthetic
  • Provide clear creative direction for content calendars (look, feel, formats, and style consistency)
  • Collaborate with designers or assist in lightweight design tasks when needed (if capable)
  • Ensure creative outputs remain clean, on-brand, and optimized for social performance

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in social media management, content, or digital marketing
  • Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage posting schedules and meet deadlines consistently
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands with different tones and audiences
  • Able to work fast, stay organized, and perform under pressure
  • Strong judgment on content quality, relevance, and what works on social

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or equivalent)
  • Experience setting creative direction and building content calendars
  • Familiarity with TikTok-first content formats and short-form storytelling
  • Experience working with regulated/sensitive categories (health and wellness)
