As a social media specialist, youll manage social media accounts and implement social media strategies for our clients. Youll work closely with our team of marketing professionals to create engaging content and increase brand awareness across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update social media accounts on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram & other related platforms
- Develop social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness
- Create and curate content for social media accounts, including text, images, and videos
- Monitor social media accounts for comments and messages, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner
- Analyze social media data and provide regular reports on performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and changes in algorithms to ensure optimal account performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, multi-media arts, fine arts, or any related field
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management ( plus but not necessary)
- . Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or anyone with relevant experience
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytical tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) is a plus, but not necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) (a plus but not necessary)
- Strong attention to detail and has the ability to multitask when necessary
