Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Job Summary
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing the companys online presence, creating engaging content, and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Design teams to showcase the companys projects and services.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content including posts, graphics, and videos
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Design teams for project promotions and campaigns
- Analyze social media performance and generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support brand visibility and lead generation
- Manage social media calendars and schedule posts to maintain consistent online presence
- Assist in SEO optimization, website content updates, and other digital marketing activities as needed
- Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage
- Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic graphic/video editing (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule
- Full-time | Monday to Saturday
