- Help with content creation, brain storm, and manage and execute social media content and campaigns
- Collaborate with the Creatives Team to produce visuals, videos, and copy for marketing and publishing-related materials
- Handle postings, announcements, and promotions across platforms
- Attend company and book-related events to capture photos and videos for social media content
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach
- Stay updated on trends in social media, publishing, and digital marketing
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field; completion of a Digital Marketing Course or Certification is an advantage
- 2-4 years relevant experience in social media or digital marketing
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Good attitude, dependable, and proactive team player
- Presentable, professional, and confident when representing the brand at events
- Proficient in major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or Canva) is an advantage
- Knowledge and creativity in using AI tools for content creation is also an advantage
- Experience in publishing, marketing, or related creative fields preferred
