Job Title: Social Media Assistant (YouTube Focus)

About the Role

A Social Media Assistant supports 11LUX's YouTube content operations by handling daily posting, basic content creation, optimization, analytics tracking, and community management. This role focuses on execution, consistency, and performance support to help drive views, engagement, and subscriber growth.

You help ensure content is published on time, optimized correctly, and supported by data-driven insights.

Job Responsibilities

As a Social Media Assistant, you will support daily YouTube operations and content growth.

More specifically, you'll get to:

  • Content Posting & Creation

Post 3 YouTube Shorts per day (content provided). After training, edit and publish 1 video per day using provided assets. Create weekly community posts. Posting may increase during launch weeks.

  • Research & Optimization

Research YouTube updates, short-form trends, and editing styles. Optimize titles, captions, tags, descriptions, and metadata. Refine and proofread AI-generated captions and titles.

  • Growth & Strategy Support

Assist with strategies to improve views, engagement, and subscribers. Identify underperforming content and suggest optimizations.

  • Analytics & Reporting

Perform weekly performance reviews and assist with monthly end-of-month (EOM) reports. Track uploads and performance data consistently.

  • Community Management & Compliance

Respond to comments daily. Monitor content for copyright issues, platform compliance, and errors.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing or assisting with YouTube or social media accounts
  • Basic understanding of YouTube optimization and short-form content
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay updated on platform trends
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily posting requirements
