This is a remote position.

Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant to support two growing businesses with marketing efforts, content creation, and digital strategy execution. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, and who enjoys working in a flexible, evolving environment.

About the Client

This growing business operates in the healthcare and service space, supporting both a platform-based business and a medical billing company. The owner is currently focused on scaling both ventures and is looking for a reliable, proactive VA who can take ownership of marketing initiatives and help drive growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and contributing ideas, while working closely with a hands-on and supportive business owner.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow social media profiles

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

  • Monitor online engagement, reviews, and comments
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

Content Creation

  • Create engaging content (posts, graphics, blogs, etc.)

  • Conduct marketing research to support content and campaigns

  • Assist in developing messaging and brand presence

Digital Marketing & Ads

  • Support online marketing efforts and ad campaigns

  • Explore opportunities to improve visibility and reach

  • Work with tools and platforms to optimize campaigns

Data & Performance Tracking

  • Analyze marketing data to support decision-making

  • Track performance and provide insights and recommendations


Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work with internal team members (including technical/AI support) to streamline processes

  • Assist in exploring automation opportunities (e.g., ads, email campaigns)

  • Help improve workflows and marketing systems over time

Additional Support (as needed)

  • Assist with website updates or blog content

  • Provide general administrative or project support as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • Strong content creation skills (written and/or visual)
  • Ability to conduct marketing research and apply insights
  • Familiarity with online ads and campaign execution
  • Strong English communication skills (clear and easy to understand)
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Nice to Have
    • Experience with SEO strategies
    • Experience with blog writing or website content
    • Familiarity with automation tools or AI tools
