Work Schedule: 20hrs per week, Flexible within client's business hours 1pm to 9pm | Australian Eastern Time
Responsibilities
- Edit and repurpose raw video content filmed by the client into polished, platform-specific posts for Instagram and YouTube
- Manage and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent scheduling and publishing across platforms
- Upload media segments, photos, and content updates to the Squarespace website, particularly the media page
- Monitor social media analytics and algorithms to inform content strategy and drive follower growth and engagement
- Support the growth and management of the YouTube channel, including uploading TV segments and optimising content for the platform
- Adapt content formats and editing styles to suit the requirements and trends of each platform
Requirements
- Experience in the Skin care industry (MUST HAVE)
- Proven experience in social media management and video editing for Instagram and YouTube
- Familiarity with Squarespace for basic website updates, content uploads, and page maintenance
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to relate to and create content that resonates with a mature demographic
Scope
- Platforms include Instagram, YouTube, and Squarespace
- Focus on supporting both the business brand (skincare studio and product line) and Ingrid's personal brand
- Light website maintenance including uploading media clips, photos, and updating page layouts
- Staying current with social media trends and editing techniques relevant to the beauty and skincare industry
- Collaborating directly with the client to execute her content vision efficiently
