POSITION DESCRIPTION

OX Tools is looking for a Social Media Assistant who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media presence with the goal of increasing brand awareness, engaging our audience, and driving sales. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of our industry, along with organic social media trends and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy aligned with OX Tools marketing goals and objectives.

Content Creation:

Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Community Engagement:

Monitor, respond to, and engage with our social media community, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Job Site Visits

Conduct job site visits for content shoots to capture real-time, authentic material.

Influencer Management:

Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify our brand reach and impact.

Event Coverage:

Attend and cover industry events and trade shows to generate social media content.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all social media content is consistent with the OX Tools Global brand voice, style, and guidelines while adjusting strategies and content to match our global markets.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the social media strategy.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in social media management (industry knowledge preferred).

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences including Meta, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn & YouTube.

Proficiency in social media management tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling abilities.

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

Enthusiastic and passionate about social media and digital marketing.

Candidates must be in the Philippines.

40 Hours per Week
