We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Assistant Social Media Manager with at least 5 years of experience in managing brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, is tech-savvy, and can develop strategies and content that drive engagement, growth, and conversions.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Create compelling, well-written content (posts, captions, blogs, scripts) tailored to each platform.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
  • Plan, execute, and analyze paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Monitor social trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activity to optimize content strategy.
  • Engage with online communities and manage customer inquiries/comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
  • Collaborate with marketing, creatives, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
  • Stay updated on emerging social platforms, tools, and best practices to keep the brand digitally competitive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience managing corporate or agency social media accounts.
  • Experience in real estate, property development, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Strong knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and their analytics tools.
  • Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
