Job Description

As a Social Key Account Manager, you will take charge of 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth roadmaps for clients, moving beyond day-to-day tasks to long-term planning.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data, traffic sources, and conversion rates to identify bottlenecks. You will answer the question: Why did sales spike (or drop) yesterday
  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, exclusive product bundles, and campaign participation with brand owners.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with our Operations and Livestream teams to ensure your strategies are executed flawlessly during Live sessions.
  • Performance Optimization: continually monitor metrics (ROAS, Click-Through Rate, Average Order Value) and pivot strategies in real-time.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in live commerce, eCommerce, or digital marketing, with experience in managing smaller-scale livestream campaigns.
  • Platform Knowledge: Proven familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live, including a good understanding of their features and best practices.
  • Client Management & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, handle requests, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience in using performance data to analyze campaigns and make recommendations to improve results.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in livestream technology, tools, and analytics platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to address real-time challenges and find creative solutions during live events.
  • Passion: Passion for eCommerce and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends to inform strategy.
