In this role, the Social and Email Campaign Lead will lead the development, implementation, and management of the client's social media and email marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, strengthen audience engagement, and support lead generation. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and highly organized, with a strong understanding of how to build and maintain audience engagement with customers and prospects. Responsibilities include curating compelling content for the client's brand and its subsidiaries, developing and executing targeted email campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with the marketing team, and managing our social media employee advocacy program to maximize impact and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and emerging channels.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and business goals.
Plan, build, and execute email campaigns designed to warm cold contactsincluding nurture sequences, re-engagement emails, educational content, and value-driven touchpointsto support marketing and sales objectives.
Manage and optimize email lists, segmentation, deliverability, and performance through A/B testing and personalization.
Manage the company's social media employee advocacy program, including content creation, platform management and engagement tracking.
Edit video content for social media channels to enhance engagement and storytelling.
Design graphics and visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design platforms.
Monitor social media and email marketing trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Analyze performance metrics across social and email channels and report insights to optimize campaigns and content strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, design and sales teams to align social media and email initiatives with broader campaigns.
Manage community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster positive online relationships.
Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and targeting strategies.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge social and email marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience managing social media and email marketing for B2B brands or tech organizations.
Experience managing email campaigns, including platform management, segmentation, automation and analytics in HubSpot and Instantly preferred.
Experience managingsocial media employee advocacy programs preferred. (e.g., Bambu, Gaggle, EveryoneSocial)
Proficiency in social media management scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent storytelling ability.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content across formats, including video.
Analytical skills to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Experience withgraphic design tools and platforms, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing strategies is a plus.
