SMT Process Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SMT Process Engineer located in Cabuyao and Calamba Laguna. The SMT Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process, including programming, setup, optimization, and troubleshooting of SMT equipment. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and maintain high-quality standards. Additionally, the engineer will analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.

• Knowledge of SMT equipment and components

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
