Job Responsibilities

  • Validate depository/agent announcements on Voluntary Corporate Actions
  • Notification of offer terms to the front office
  • Instruction reconciliation & Instruction submission
  • Payment reconciliation
  • Entitlements processing
  • General Ledger reconciliation and reporting
  • Client inquiry research and resolution
  • In-depth knowledge of DTCC corporate action processing routines, systems and methods.
  • Knowledge of DTCC settlement systems and cash movement systems helpful.
  • Thorough understanding of stock records and journal entries would be helpful.
  • Communicate with internal customers, Trust personnel and external parties on issues as required.
  • Reply and attend to enquiries/feedback for internal/external clients.
  • Perform team assigned work on time and effectively.
  • Ensure assigned work activities comply with all relevant procedures, GSM, FIM and DIM.

Job Requirements

  • experience in Corporate Action and income processing or accounting is desirable (E)
  • Understanding of reconciliations and GL accounting (E)
  • Proficient with personal computers (E) with good knowledge Microsoft Office Suite of as well as pertinent mainframe systems (D)
  • Good judgement and decision-making skill (E)
  • Proven analytical, communications, mathematical and customer service skills (E)
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) that will allow individuals to effectively interact with external contacts at depositories, agents, and internal clients up to the officer level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritized.
