Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any Engineering course)
Experience
- At least 8 years of work experience in the Semiconductor/Electronics industry, specifically in high-volume manufacturing with plating lines.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in an automated or digital manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of FPC manufacturing processes, including process and equipment set-up
- Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks
- Strong ability to prepare reports, communicate effectively and deliver presentations
- Demonstrates creative thinking, strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Solid project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proven leadership capability
