Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced
Six Sigma Black Belt (Operations Consultant) to drive client revenue growth and operational excellence. This role will lead strategic initiatives, manage client engagements, and ensure seamless service transitions using data-driven methodologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client operations projects, including process improvements and service transitions
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and PMP methodologies to deliver measurable and sustainable results
- Manage client relationships and ensure smooth operational delivery
- Support solution design, proposal development, and internal process improvements
- Act as a subject matter expert in operations and continuous improvement
- Mentor team members and promote a culture of operational excellence
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- Insurance-focused background preferred
Required Certifications (Non-Negotiable):
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (required)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
Required Experience
- 10+ years in US Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations
- 5+ years of consulting lifecycle experience (Big 4 preferred)
- 3+ years in Operations Management with leadership experience
- BPO experience is a plus
