Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. Your work involves designing and coding with a focus on scalability and performance, while collaborating within an agile environment to meet specific business requirements. You will engage in continuous improvement and innovation to ensure the software meets evolving needs and delivers value to stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project goals are met. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong understanding of system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization techniques. - Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code to streamline deployment and maintenance. - Proficiency in monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis to maintain system health. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration to support modern application environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office.
