JOB SUMMARY

The Project Site Manager oversees daily construction site operations to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to plans, contract requirements, company standards, and safety regulations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Site & Project Execution

• Manage day-to-day site activities based on approved drawings, BOQ, and schedule.

• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and contract scope.

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineering, Safety, QA/QC, and support teams.

Planning & Monitoring

• Prepare short-term and look-ahead work plans.

• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure proper use of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Manpower Supervision

• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and workers.

• Enforce discipline, productivity, and safety compliance.

• Monitor attendance and performance.

Cost & Contract Control

• Monitor accomplishments versus BOQ quantities.

• Support cost control and coordinate with QS and Project Controls.

Reporting & Documentation

• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Maintain complete and organized site records.

Safety & Quality Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.

• Address and prevent safety or quality issues.

KEY MEASURABLES:

• On-time achievement of project milestones

• Manpower productivity and efficiency

• Compliance with plans, BOQ, and contract scope

• Timely and accurate reporting

• Minimal safety violations and rework

• Effective control of delays and site issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (preferred)

Experience

• 5-10 years in construction project management

• Experience managing medium to large-scale projects

• Background in cost control, scheduling, and contract administration

Skills

• Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQ, and contracts

• Effective leadership and supervision skills

• Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving ability

• Willing to work on-site and manage project demands
