Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture
License is an advantage but not required
Around 3-4 years experience in the field of Architecture & Design
Must have integrity, initiative, and be flexible and proactive
Experience of interpreting and understanding local utilities rules, design codes
Adaptable to work in fast-phased working environmental which job descriptions include but not limited to:
Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers.
Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials when needed. Interfaces with suppliers as required.
Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site.
Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings and specifications prepared by others.
Provides technical guidance to Architectural staff working on the same project.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Plan and conduct minor modifications to complete detailed drawing sets
Monitor preparation of technical drawings
