Site Manager & Site Director – Facilities Management

(Up to 85K for Site Manager | Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite (IT Park) | 5:00 AM–2:00 PM | Monday–Friday

Director-level candidates with experience managing large BPO environments are encouraged to apply.

Compensation for director-level hires will be aligned with experience and director-level compensation benchmarks in the BPO industry.

This is not a desk-bound facilities role.

You run the workplace.

You stay close to operations—walking the sites, checking systems, and making sure everything works exactly as it should.

You notice problems early, solve them quickly, and coordinate vendors, building management, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You are responsible for ensuring that GoTeam's workplaces run smoothly, safely, and without disruption across two key sites in Cebu IT Park (I1 and HM Tower).

This role sits at the intersection of facilities operations, infrastructure oversight, and client communication.

You will work directly with both internal teams and external clients to resolve facilities-related concerns, coordinate improvements, and ensure the workplace environment supports daily operations.

This role may be hired at either a Site Manager or Site Director level depending on the candidate's experience and leadership scope.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

1. Facilities & Infrastructure Management

You oversee the day-to-day operation of two GoTeam sites.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing facilities operations for I1 Building and HM Tower
  • Ensuring office infrastructure, equipment, and physical workspace operate efficiently
  • Overseeing workspace readiness, maintenance schedules, and facility improvements
  • Managing workplace assets and ensuring proper tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle management
  • Responding to facilities-related concerns raised by internal teams and clients

2. Safety, Compliance & Facilities Oversight

You ensure the workplace remains safe, compliant, and operationally sound.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring site safety conditions and identifying operational risks
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards and building regulations
  • Coordinating emergency preparedness measures and site safety protocols
  • Conducting regular facilities inspections across both locations
  • Ensuring building systems (power, air conditioning, utilities, access control) operate reliably

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

You coordinate the external partners that support the workplace.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with building management, service providers, and contractors
  • Coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility upgrades
  • Monitoring vendor performance and ensuring service quality
  • Managing facilities-related service requests and resolution timelines

4. Client Coordination & Facilities Communication

You serve as the point of contact for facilities-related matters between GoTeam and clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with clients regarding workspace, facilities, or infrastructure concerns
  • Meeting with clients when needed to address operational issues or workspace requirements
  • Coordinating internal teams to ensure facilities support client operations
  • Ensuring facilities concerns are resolved quickly and professionally

MUST-HAVES

  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, or workplace operations in a high-occupancy commercial environment
  • Experience managing facilities operations for 1000+ seat office environments
  • Proven experience supporting BPO, shared services, or operations-heavy workplaces
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including direct coordination with internal leaders, building management, and external vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, service providers, and contractors across maintenance, infrastructure, and site services
  • Strong operational problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks early and resolve facilities issues before they impact operations
