Responsibilities
- Oversee the assigned account, manage customer and
- the over-all Distribution Center Operations including P&L
- Achievement of operational performance as defined by customer contract and KPI's
- Ensure that Succession Planning and career development plan are in place for Leadership team
- Achievement of financial targets (Budget Accuracy, Revenue/Profit and Savings)
- Understand the business principles, fundamentals of finance and profitability
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar contract management or operations leadership role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry in a Supply Chain or warehousing work set-up
- 5 years of experience in logistics, operations management, or a similar role. Experience in managing teams and overseeing warehouse or distribution center operations is highly valued.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-volume client contracts and delivering exceptional results
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships
- A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is often required.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and experienced in using data analytics tools
