Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned account, manage customer and
• the over-all Distribution Center Operations including P&L
• Achievement of operational performance as defined by customer contract and KPI's
• Ensure that Succession Planning and career development plan are in place for Leadership team
• Achievement of financial targets (Budget Accuracy, Revenue/Profit and Savings)
• Understand the business principles, fundamentals of finance and profitability

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar contract management or operations leadership role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry in a Supply Chain or warehousing work set-up

• 5 years of experience in logistics, operations management, or a similar role. Experience in managing teams and overseeing warehouse or distribution center operations is highly valued.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-volume client contracts and delivering exceptional results

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements

• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships

• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is often required.

• Proficient in MS Office suite and experienced in using data analytics tools
