With at least 1-2 years of work experience in horizontal development is an advantage.
Experience in land development and housing construction.
Proficient in Ms Office Applications (MS Excel)
Proficient in Design and Engineering tools and programs (i.e., AutoCad)
Good management skills and keen to details.
Good communication skills both oral and written.
Willing to be assigned in any of our Project Sites: General Santos/Tagum
Job Summary:
To monitor and inspect daily activities on land development and housing construction and ensure assigned task is performed efficiently in accordance with the approve plans, specifications, target schedules and acceptable quality.
To coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to set targets and discuss projects concerns and generate reports on progress of work.
To address and monitor all related project concerns such as punch list and rectifications on units, project utilities performance, and show village maintenance.
To assist the Site Supervisor in implementing all environmental and safety requirements on site.
