Title: Site Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structures and other related disciplines. 1-2 years of work experience.
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure proper execution of works on site.
- Perform Quantity Surveying (QS) functions, including quantity take-offs, measurement of accomplished works, and verification of contractor billings and progress claims.
- Enforce Quality Control (QC) procedures, including inspection of materials, workmanship, and construction methods, and initiate corrective actions for non-conforming works.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including documentation of site activities and accomplishments.
- Verify quantities of works accomplished and assist in the preparation and evaluation of billing and requests for payment.
- Ensure proper implementation of corrective actions for site issues, defects, or deviations from approved plans.
- Coordinate closely with the Project Engineer, consultants, and management for technical concerns and project updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable government
standards. Familiar with regulations and codes. NBCP (PD1096), NSCP, ASTM.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering with at least one (1) year of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable in project management and construction, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills, with high integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Willing to be assigned/relocated to Plaridel, Bulacan. (With shared barracks and office in the Site Location)
- PRC License in an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, Drafting and Design Skills Using CAD Software / Sketch-up,
- COSH Certificate (not required but preferred)
- QS Experience: 1 year (Required)
