Job Description

At Foundever, the Site Director serves as the senior operational leader responsible for the overall strategic direction, service delivery, financial performance, and site management of a client account. This role ensures operational excellence, drives profitability, strengthens executive client relationships, and leads a high-performing leadership team.

The Site Director holds full accountability for account performance, site governance, business continuity, compliance, and people leadership, ensuring alignment between client expectations and Foundever's operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Leadership & Governance

  • Serve as the primary leader accountable for overall site performance, operational stability, and growth.
  • Ensure adherence to Foundever's corporate standards, compliance requirements, security protocols, and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee site-wide initiatives including facilities management, risk management, and business continuity planning.
  • Lead crisis management and high-level escalations impacting site operations.
  • Foster a strong, performance-driven culture aligned with Foundever's values and leadership principles.

Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Provide overall direction and leadership for all aspects of assigned account operations.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with client objectives and Foundever's business goals.
  • Lead operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Ensure successful program launches, transitions, and long-term operational stability.

Service Delivery & Performance Management

  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery through Senior Managers and Operations Managers.
  • Drive achievement of revenue, gross profit, and/or Managers Operating Income (MOI) targets.
  • Ensure contractual SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Monitor performance metrics, forecasts, and capacity planning to maintain account health. Identify operational risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies

Client & Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Represent Foundever as the executive site leader in all client engagements.
  • Lead business reviews, operational reporting, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Build strong, trust-based partnerships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Align site capabilities with evolving client expectations.

Financial & Business Management

  • Own full P&L accountability for the assigned account and site operations.
  • Drive cost optimization while maintaining service excellence and employee experience.
  • Ensure workforce planning and operational models align with financial objectives.
  • Support account expansion, renewals, and strategic growth initiatives.

People Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, coach, and develop Senior Managers and site leadership teams.
  • Drive engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Promote accountability, collaboration, and high-performance standards across the site. Ensure compliance with Foundever policies, ethical standards, and local labor regulations.
