Job Summary

The Site Acquisition Specialist is a key driver of Woofy Wifi's growth, responsible for building and managing partnerships with property owners and building management to support network expansion. This role blends relationship management, sales strategy, negotiation, and hands-on field work — from initiating conversations through cold outreach to successfully closing agreements and coordinating project implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential partnership opportunities with property developers, building administrators, condominium corporations, and property management offices.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and field visits to properties to introduce company services, request meetings, and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and account manager for property partners, ensuring professional relationship management and client satisfaction.
  • Present Woofy Wifi solutions and partnership proposals to property management and stakeholders, highlighting business value and benefits.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, access requirements, and agreements with property owners or authorized representatives.
  • Perform field work and site visits to assess properties, conduct follow-ups, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Coordinate requirements, permits, and documentation between internal teams and property management to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitor and track progress of all active site acquisition projects and partnership agreements.
  • Prepare and consolidate reports related to site acquisition activities, property engagements, and project status.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with property stakeholders and internal teams to support project implementation.
  • Maintain organized records of property contacts, agreements, timelines, and documentation.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., real estate, land development, administrative support).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
