Oversees the implementation of scope of works for the Signaling System for Existing System Works, Cavite Extension Works and for the Unified Grand Common Station works in close coordination with EPC Contractor / Sub-contractor.
Assist Railway System Manager in the review and assessment of EPC Contractor's Project Management Plans.
Review of Signaling Design Submissions from the EPC Contractor/Subcontractor.
Coordinate with Railway System Manager, related other Systems Engineer and EPC Contractor for concerns/issues, including identified interfacing requirements.
Conduct site work inspections and validation of work progress of EPC Contractors / Subcontractors in compliance with approved design and technical requirements.
Oversee the implementation of interface works within Signaling subsystems and other concerned systems, including requirements in the civil works.
Coordinate resources, schedules and activities involved and affecting the implementation of Signaling works.
Assist Railway Systems manager in providing support to the Construction Management team, in all aspect (contract compliance, EPC invoice review and certification, reporting, claims and/or disputes, if any) relating to Rail Systems.
Attend /participate in project coordination meetings.
Prepare summary of monthly progress of work for Signaling System, including related issues and concerns
Attend and confirm performance of installation, functional testing and commissioning of completed Signaling System works.
Submit relevant reports as required by the management, and or Systems Manager.
Coordinate with internal and external offices as necessary to complete tasks assigned.
