Qualifications
- Knowledge in Software Project Management
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Proficient in Agile software development methodology
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and has a keen eye for detail
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline with good academic records
Key Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist the Product Development Manager in managing and coordinating product development projects
- Work with Product Managers to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
- Participate in product planning and produce business requirement and product specification documentation
- Produce comprehensive and clear project management documents and plans
- Work closely with the development team to develop products taking an active role in project management
- Participate in the quality assurance process
- Keep all project stakeholders appropriately informed throughout the project lifecycle
- Quickly identify and prioritize issues and actively monitor their resolution
- Introduce and oversee any improvements, modifications, and enhancements to existing products and services
- Manage future and existing assigned products, set objectives and report on performance
- Perform all other tasks that the immediate supervisor may deem necessary in meeting the company's strategic goals
