As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, development, and configuration of applications tailored to specific business and application needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals while addressing technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle. You will play a key role in enhancing application functionality and driving project success.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
- At least 3 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance
- Be responsible for key team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making
- Provide solutions to technical and functional challenges across teams

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of development milestones
- Support training and onboarding of new team members to foster collaboration
