Job Qualification
Must be a Bachelor's Degree in Customs / Logistics or equivalent
Responsible for coordinating and processing regulatory requirements. This role will oversee all government-related processes and manage imports and exports, which may impact production operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily shipping activities
Prepare and verify shipping documentation
Schedule transportation and communicate with carriers
Ensure compliance with customs and export regulations
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments
Resolve shipping issues and complaints
Maintain shipping records in the system
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics staff
Optimize shipping processes
Report to the logistics manager
SALARY RANGE: 25,000 28,000 / depending on experience
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday
WORK LOCATION: Lot No.10A Mountain Drive, Light lndustry & Science Park ll-SEZ, Brgy.La Mesa, Calamba, Laguna.
