Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Supervisor located in Quezon City. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily caf operations, including managing staff schedules, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, and monitoring inventory and supplies. The role involves assisting in staff training, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The Shift Supervisor will also work closely with management to meet operational goals and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively
• Customer service expertise, including handling inquiries and resolving issues
• Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking
• Familiarity with health and safety compliance in a food and beverage setting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage industry preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
