Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Supervisor at Lift Cafe located in Quezon City. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily cafe operations, manage and support the team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain service standards. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, supervising staff, handling customer inquiries or concerns, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and assisting in inventory and stock management. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor will ensure a positive and productive team environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Time management and organizational skills
• Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in food service management are a bonus
