In-charge in control performance of operation in the assigned shift in Sorting Center(s) (i.e: on-time rate, lost rate, backlogs, etc.) via building and optimizing layouts, processes
In-charge of ensuring that every aspect and detail of the shift runs smoothly and efficiently, from Inbound to Outbound
Ensures aligned SOPs with other shifts and departments are aligned
Responsible for making sure that metrics are met
Develop strategies to achieve goals and provides team encouragement by communicating team goals and identifying areas for improvement
Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, objectives, and deadlines
Coordinates with various departments
Reports any issues that arise during the shift to the management
Coaching and guiding team members
Requirements
Strong performance management, communication and time management skill
Equivalent experience of a warehouse supervisor from8 years and above, same industry experience is a plus.
Having experience with warehouse automation is a plus
Comfortable delivering and receiving frequent direct written and oral feedback
Critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
