JOB PURPOSE
The SFE Systems and Training Manager ensures that sales force systems, tools, and capabilities are effectively deployed, adopted, and continuously improved to maximize field force productivity and execution excellence.

Qualification and Experiences
Qualification and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
Relevant Experiences
Competencies (Knowledge, Behavior, Skills and Capabilities required for success)
Competency
Technical Competencies - Proficiency in CRM systems, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis).
Behavioral Competencies - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and train diverse teams.
