WE ARE HIRING: SEWING LINE LEADER (DIRECT HIRE)
We are looking for an experienced Sewing Line Leader to join our team in Carmona, Cavite!
WORK LOCATION: Carmona, Cavite
SALARY RANGE: PHP16,000.00 - PHP18,000.00
Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee and lead the sewing line to ensure daily production targets are met.
Ensure all facets of sewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and process flows are strictly followed.
Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage and organize the team's workflow, including planning and decision-making for line efficiency.
Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding operational updates.
Qualifications
At least a High School Graduate or Vocational Course graduate.
Minimum of two (2) years of operational experience in handling sewing operations within a garment manufacturing environment.
Proficient in sewing SOPs, process flows, and technical aspects of garment production.
Strong leadership and basic management skills (Planning, Organizing, and Decision-making).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Possesses numerical ability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
