Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
Review and verify therapy session notes (e.g., ABA, OT, PT, ST) for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
Ensure all documentation complies with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and internal quality standards
Cross-check session details such as dates, times, duration, service type, and provider information
Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or potential compliance issues
Provide feedback to providers or clinicians regarding documentation errors or gaps
Coordinate with billing teams to resolve documentation issues affecting claims or reimbursements
Maintain confidentiality and uphold data privacy standards at all times
Use EHR platforms and QA tools to conduct thorough and efficient reviews
Requirements
Must have working knowledge with US Healthcare
With back-office experience, preferably in a BPO or healthcare-related setting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and documentation
Familiarity with insurance processes, medical-related industries, and ABAstandards is highly preferred
