Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Integration Specialist with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and third-party system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Configure and implement ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
• Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services.
• Build custom integrations using JavaScript, APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure integration security, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Create technical documentation, integration designs, and support procedures.
• Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades and integration enhancements.
• Provide production support and monitor integration health.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, and API Management.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and ServiceNow Server-side scripting.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, CRM, HRMS, Identity Management, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, JWT, and API security standards.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of ServiceNow integration development experience.
