We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Specialist to join our team in SEA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing integrations within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring robust and efficient data exchange between systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Develop and maintain integration components and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.
• Document integration processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Provide support and training to users on integration features and functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-14 years of experience in ServiceNow integrations and development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionalities and capabilities.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with integration tools and middleware technologies (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
