Job Description

Responsibilities

The Solution Developer (ServiceNow) is responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, and architecting all activities related to the ServiceNow platform, including integration with existing applications and thirdparty solutions.

This role involves identifying, analyzing, and troubleshooting application issues, and resolving or escalating them as necessary. The Solution Developer will also assist in gathering requirements, developing business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements to existing solutions.

The role works closely with the Project Manager, team members, and Platform Lead, and reports to designated senior International Staff and/or senior National Staff.

Job Requirements

Education and Work Experience

  • More than 5 years of handson experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with strong expertise in App Engine and integration protocols.

Technical Knowledge

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow applications that enhance user experience and align with business requirements.
  • Strong capability in building complex custom applications, including advanced workflows, forms, and integrations to address unique organizational needs.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum and Kanban frameworks to enable efficient development cycles and continuous delivery.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities combined with advanced technical expertise, with the ability to:
  • Collaborate effectively within crossfunctional teams to develop and deploy scalable solutions
  • Identify and propose innovative, practical solutions to complex technical challenges
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance platform performance
  • Share knowledge and mentor team members to build technical capabilities across the development team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement, translation of business requirements into technical solutions, and clear presentation of ideas and updates
  • Proactive mindset toward continuous learning, staying current with platform upgrades, best practices, and emerging ServiceNow capabilities to ensure solutions remain secure, robust, and futureready

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid setup, requiring onsite reporting three (3) times per week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to Headquarters (HQ), onsite compliance is mandatory.
  • Work schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Manila Time).
