Senior ServiceNow Developer

Build and enhance modules (ITSM, ITAM, HR, Finance, etc.) according to business requirements

Implement integrations with third-party systems and manage API development

Optimize database queries, workflows, and performance

Conduct code reviews and establish development standards

Troubleshoot technical issues and support production environments

Mentor junior developers and document technical solutions

Collaborate with functional teams and business analysts on implementation details

Required Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

Deep knowledge of ServiceNow application development and customization

Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow CSA and/or Certified Application Developer certification

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Knowledge of database design and SQL

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control
